5. 10 oz Local Rump Steak
Served with tomatoes , mushrooms , Onion rings and peas

6. Traditional Christmas Roast Turkey
Served with all the festive trimmings!

7. Stuffed Roasted Peppers
Whole pepper roasted and stuffed with vegetables and herbs and topped with
Melted cheese, served with side salad

8. Baked fillet of Salmon
Salmon fillet oven bakes and served with a homemade Hollandaise sauce and
served with fresh vegetables

9. Spinach and Mascarpone Lasagne
Lasagne layered with spinach & Mascarpone and cheddar cheese and served
with salad

10. Chicken Breast Provencale
Butter-flied breast topped with our own Provencale sauce and served with a side salad

11. Tuna Steak Mediterranean
Tuna steak finished with Victors Mediterranean sauce

12. Pork Fillet with Peppercorn sauce
Pan fried Pork fillet with our own peppercorn sauce
